Job summary

Eurest is seeking a full-time Catering Chef at 600 S. 4th Street, Minneapolis, MN. The role requires catering chef experience; a culinary degree or equivalent is preferred. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour with a 6:00 am – 2:30 pm schedule.

You will supervise cooks, coordinate food production, ensure safety and quality, and maintain service standards during peak hours. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

• Catering chef experience required.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates.
• Stores food in designated areas following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils; cleans workstation thoroughly.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
