Cater Care is seeking a dedicated culinary professional for a daytime kitchen role in Australia. You will oversee daily operations, drive bulk meal preparation, and ensure high-quality dining experiences for residents with attention to dietary needs.

The position offers consistent day shifts (Thu–Mon, 6:00 am–2:00 pm) with competitive weekend rates and opportunities for growth within a nationwide organization. Flu vaccination and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchens, ideally in aged care, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial catering.
• Ability to meet individual dietary needs and preferences with empathy.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to maintain smooth operations.
