You will work in a fast-paced kitchen with shift leads and front-of-house staff, keeping the area clean, organized, and sanitary, following safety procedures and completing prep, stock, and cleaning duties during each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, café, or food-preparation experience preferred.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to our recipes and standards
• Learn the full menu and maintain consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation
• Follow customer modifications, substitutions, and allergy notifications carefully
• Complete prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties throughout each shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Communicate effectively with shift leads and front-of-house employees
• Follow all instructions and complete assigned shift checklists
