Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Daytime Beverage Coordinator to oversee the beverage warehouse operations at PPG Paints Arena. You will supervise warehouse staff, ensure proper setup for each event, and manage inventory and fulfillment in collaboration with other premium departments.

The role requires flexibility for Penguins games and related events, strong organization, and customer service skills. Physical duties include lifting up to 75 lbs and standing throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the warehouse area on non-event days.
• Supervise warehouse beverage staff.
• Ensure service area setup before events.
• Delegate restocks and fulfillment tasks.
• Maintain inventory tracking and paperwork.
• Ensure cleanliness and security of the beverage warehouse.
• Address customer questions and issues during events.
• Assist Beverage Manager in event shifts.
