Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Daytime Beverage Coordinator to oversee the beverage warehouse and staff, ensuring smooth operation for Penguins games and non-event days. You will coordinate with the Beverage Supervisor and other premium departments to maintain service quality and event success.

The role requires prior beverage/FOH supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage inventory, POS tasks, and daily reporting in a fast-paced arena environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising beverage or food service staff.
• Front of House supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and waste control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations on non-event days.
• Supervise beverage staff and verify setup for events.
• Delegate restocks and fulfillment for suites.
• Maintain inventory tracking and daily paperwork.
