Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Event Day Beverage Coordinator to oversee the beverage warehouse operations for arena events. You will supervise staff, ensure correct setup, manage inventory, and coordinate with premium departments to deliver smooth service.

The role requires supervisory experience in beverage or front-of-house operations, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service. On-site work during Penguins games and other events is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Beverage or Food Supervisory experience or related work.
• Prior Front of House food service operations experience is required.
• Completion of standard Aramark & PPG Paints Arena trainings including Alcohol Training, Safety Topics, Customer Service, and Cash Handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operation of the beverage warehouse on event days.
• Supervise warehouse and beverage staff during events.
• Verify setup of service areas for event start.
• Assist with processing orders in suites.
• Delegate beverage runs to event day staff for suites.
• Maintain inventory tracking for catering areas.
• Complete inventory paperwork for each event.
• Maintain inventory control and accountability of products.
• Keep beverage warehouse clean and organized.
• Close the warehouse at the end of each event.
• Identify and address issues with Beverage Supervisor.
• Assist Beverage Manager in event shift prep.
