Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee the catering front line team and the overall operation of events at PPG Paints Arena. You will ensure premium service meets Aramark and arena standards, reporting to the Catering Manager while coordinating with the Executive Chef.

You will supervise servers, manage setup and breakdown, review BEOs with attendants, maintain food safety and sanitation, and collaborate with event hosts to deliver exceptional service during Penguins games and other

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail are essential for coordinating front-of-house operations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required to interact with guests and hosts.
• Basic math, reading, and keyboarding skills including PCs and phones are needed for POS and ordering.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques supports safe and efficient service.
• Ability to stand and move during long shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering front line team and event operation per Aramark and arena standards.
• Review BEOs with attendants to ensure understanding of the event and service.
• Ensure room setup reflects layout and adjust as needed.
• Supervise setup through breakdown and coordinate with Main Kitchen & Suites.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in all catering areas, including pantries and storage.
• Attend BEO meetings and assist with on-site event day add-ons or adjustments.
