Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Event Day Beverage Coordinator to oversee the beverage warehouse operations for arena events, including Penguins games and other events. You will supervise warehouse staff, ensure service areas are ready at start, and coordinate beverage runs for suites, while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of beverage or food supervisory experience.
• At least 1 year of prior Front of House food service operations.
• All Aramark & PPG Paints Arena trainings including: Alcohol Training, Safety Topics (HACCP, ServSafe, Environmental Awareness, Safe S.T.E.P., Personal Hygiene & Health), Customer Service, Cash Handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operation of the beverage warehouse on event days.
• Supervise all warehouse and beverage-related staff.
• Verify that service areas are prepared for the start of each event.
• Delegate beverage runs to event day employees for suites.
• Maintain inventory tracking system and related paperwork.
• Ensure beverage warehouse is closed and keys secured after events.
• Identify issues and correct potential concerns with Beverage Supervisor.
