Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member in Jacksonville, FL. This part-time role offers up to 29 hours per week and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on delivering signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

You will prepare and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, work across kitchen stations, and participate in ongoing training and development while enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a locally owned restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Type:

• Part-time (up to 29 hours per week)

Day-time Availability:

• Shifts starting at: 5AM, 6AM, 7AM or 8AM
• Shifts ending at: 3PM, 4PM or 5PM
• Must be available on Saturdays

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
