Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Back of House Team Member. This full-time position offers 32–45 hours per week with shifts starting in the afternoon and weekends required.

You’ll prep and cook food, maintain kitchen safety, and learn under experienced operators and leaders. Applicants should be cheerful, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting Chick-fil-A standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply; 16–17 may apply with a Florida state waiver.
• Able to lift and carry 25–50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be available for day-time shifts including weekends and through closing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
