Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support a high‑performing kitchen in our Gallatin location. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while working with a friendly team and serving guests with signature Chick-fil-A service.

The role offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities through hands‑on training with operators and restaurant leaders. You will contribute to a positive, people‑focused environment and gain valuable leadership

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable and cheerful with a positive attitude.
• Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the area clean and orderly.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and changes.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and adhere to dress code and policies.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
