Job summary

Learnwell Behavioral Health’s ilearn wellness group in Newton, MA seeks a LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or Pre-Licensed MHC to join our growing Adolescent PHP/IOP program in Newton, MA in a part-time clinical role focused primarily on leading therapeutic groups. This is a 20-hour/week, W-2 position with benefits featuring a consistent daytime schedule and some flexibility around start and end times.

A typical schedule could be Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, making this a great opportunity for clinicians

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or Pre-Licensed MHC.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Mental health experience required; adolescents experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapeutic groups for adolescents using evidence-based methods.
• Provide clinical support to help coping skills and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support the clinical team with patient needs and other responsibilities.
