Job summary

Atlantic Health Strategies is recruiting on behalf of Wisconsin Behavioral Health to hire a Group Facilitator in Brookfield, WI. The role leads daytime PHP/IOP groups, supports treatment plans, and ensures a structured, safe environment in a clinic setting.

You will document attendance and observations in the EMR, collaborate with counselors, and participate in supervision and training to meet Wisconsin credentialing standards. Compensation is hourly, with flexible session-based scheduling.

Qualifications

• Credentialed to provide group counseling under Wisconsin codes.
• Experience with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daytime therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for PHP/IOP clients.
• Support clients in applying coping, communication, and recovery skills during sessions.
• Document group attendance, participation, and observations in the EMR.
• Collaborate with primary counselors and the clinical supervisor on treatment planning.
• Maintain a safe, organized group room environment.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing training as required by state standards.
