Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role offers daytime hours, Monday–Friday, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect simple data, and support children through engaging activities. Paid training and RBT certification are provided, with growth opportunities and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to follow personalized treatment plans and collect data.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
