Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Direct Support Professional in Apache Junction, AZ. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and involves one-on-one ABA therapy with children aged 18 months to 8 years, using play-based activities.

You will follow treatment plans, collect basic data, and help children develop communication, social, and independent skills in a supportive team setting. Training is provided and RBT certification may be covered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to maintain active pace with young children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
