Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required). You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data.

No prior experience required; paid training and RBT certification are fully covered. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time with growth opportunities within ABC.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace and floor work.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented and may support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work (video link provided).
