Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Avondale, AZ is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role features daytime hours with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play and hands-on activities while collaborating with a supportive team. Paid RBT certification is included and raises occur every six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification pursued/achieved within 20 days of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to foster growth.
