Job summary

Eureka Recycling seeks a Facilities & Grounds Caretaker to maintain the appearance, safety, and operation of the buildings and grounds. This full-time, hourly role focuses on cleaning, grounds upkeep, and basic repairs to keep our facilities welcoming and functional.

Reporting to the Director of MRF Operations, the position supports safety initiatives, seasonal landscaping, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations at Eureka Recycling in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities and building maintenance, custodial work, groundskeeping, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks including cleaning of common areas, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other shared spaces.
