Job summary

Prodigy Property Management LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper for a Tuesday through Saturday schedule to maintain the grounds, parking areas, and common facilities. The role reports to the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and focuses on keeping areas clean and orderly.

Responsibilities include cleaning, polishing, floor care, window washing, waste disposal, basic repairs, and assisting with meetings and trainings as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, surfaces, and trim
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Polish metalwork
• Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills
• Empty wastebaskets and empty/clean ashtrays
• Transport trash and waste to the disposal area
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Replace light bulbs
• Cut and trim grass and shovel snow
• Deliver messages
• Transport small equipment or tools between departments
• Attend and participate in regular meetings and training, as assigned
