Job summary

RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT, INC. is seeking a Maintenance Floor Clerk for the Goodyear distribution center. The role supports cleaning, recycling, and general housekeeping, ensuring a safe, orderly, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include sorting and transporting recycled materials, operating facility equipment, and assisting with conference room setup. The position requires adherence to safety policies and collaboration with team members across shifts.

Qualifications

• 0+ years’ experience operating warehouse powered equipment including lift trucks, pallet jacks, sweeper/scrubber, conveyors, powered hand tools and compactors.
• 0+ years’ experience operating computers to communicate and facilitate the passing of information through established reporting formats
• Actively participates and collaborates with others on the team and across REI for the achievement of business goals.
• Flexible in one’s viewpoints and positions in order to support the direction taken by others at REI.

Responsibilities

• Sorts, transports, and disposes of recyclable and non-recyclable materials from main floor accumulation points throughout the facility.
• Sorts, stages, and palletizes recyclable cartons for storage and reuse.
• Operates equipment to support housekeeping and facility cleanliness.
• Sets up and takes down conference rooms for facility events.
• Complies with safety policies and PPE usage.
• Conduits daily shift tie-in information using the reporting format.
• Identifies and communicates needs to maintain service levels.
• Works independently across warehouse tasks while following schedules.
