Job summary

ATI is seeking a Senior Safety Specialist (Site Leader) to support our Washington, PA Operations. You will lead advanced safety processes, programs, injury-prevention techniques, and ensure compliance directives are achieved on the plant floor.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Safety Science or Safety and Health Management with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably metals, and strong leadership and communication skills for line-management and union collaboration.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Safety Science or Safety and Health Management.
• Three years of professional safety experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or metals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety processes, programs and injury prevention on the plant floor.
• Develop and audit EHS policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory compliance programs and training.
• Lead safety committees with management and union involvement.
