Ceridian HCM, Inc is seeking an experienced operations professional to partner with senior leadership to drive priorities into coordinated action. You will support executives, prepare communications, and keep multiple initiatives moving across SaaS, Tax, and Managed streams.

The role emphasizes order, judgment with sensitive information, and initiative, with responsibilities spanning planning, reporting, and meeting facilitation across time zones.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of related experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and professional presence with confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, and trackers for multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional activity, track dependencies, risks, decisions, and blockers.
• Own project reporting, define useful metrics, and present executive-ready updates.
• Build presentations and meeting materials for town halls and leadership reviews.
• Plan leadership meetings with agenda development, pre-reads, and follow-up.
• Drive change readiness and ensure teams understand priorities, owners, and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Support senior leaders with travel coordination, expense reporting, and key engagements.
