Barry-Wehmiller’s Bw Corporate Us is seeking an experienced Dayforce payroll expert for a fixed-term engagement to stabilize and optimize our global payroll environment.

You will actively fix, configure, and improve Dayforce, focusing on data accuracy, simplified design, and reliable operations across regions and teams. Strong problem-solving, analytics, and communication are essential in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Dayforce payroll experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and configure Dayforce.
• Strong root cause and impact analysis across systems and data flows.
• Experience with large, complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review Dayforce payroll configuration and data structures to identify issues and complexity.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes to improve system reliability and data accuracy.
• Configure and update Dayforce to resolve issues and streamline design.
• Develop and maintain payroll reporting and dashboards to inform decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to improve data quality and system outcomes.
