Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago seeks an HRIS Specialist to maintain Dayforce and related systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and access management. You will support configurations, testing, and reporting while delivering Tier 1 and 2 end-user support across People Partners and staff.

Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance to resolve issues, participate in testing cycles, and develop user guides.

Qualifications

• Dayforce HRIS Administration & Support: hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Dayforce environments.
• Reporting, analytics and data quality experience with HR data and dashboards.
• Testing, documentation and process support for HRIS projects.
• Dayforce Core HR experience and implementation/ integration exposure.
• Process improvement and automation of HRIS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HRIS support to staff and end users.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in testing cycles, configuration changes, and documentation.
• Gather requirements and support rollout of new modules and integrations.
