Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago seeks an HRIS Specialist to maintain and support Dayforce HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system security, user access management, and overall system performance. You will collaborate with P&C, IT, Payroll, and Finance to resolve issues and implement new modules.

Training and documentation will be part of your role. Minimum qualifications include hands-on Dayforce administration, reporting, SOP development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Dayforce HRIS administration & support; security roles & permissions; data validation; Tier 1/2 support.
• Experience creating, modifying, and troubleshooting Dayforce reports, dashboards, and recurring reporting.
• Experience supporting Dayforce system testing, SOPs, and user documentation; training.
• Dayforce Core HR/People knowledge including employee records, org structures, jobs, departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor HRIS systems (Dayforce) for data accuracy and performance.
• Manage user access, security roles, and policy-compliant permissions; perform audits.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support; prepare user guides and training materials; conduct trainings.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance to resolve issues and implement modules.
• Analyze data trends to recommend automation and process improvements.
• Engage in ongoing learning to improve performance and HR tech strategy.
