Qualifications

• Experience developing reports and workforce analytics via HRIS tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS governance, data integrity, and security compliance.
• Lead HRIS projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Configure and maintain HR tech platforms; troubleshoot and optimize.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and HR to improve processes.
