Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Dayforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Dayforce HCM architecture for a fully remote, 6-month contract in the United States. You will drive cross-module design, integrations, and deployment strategies across HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits, and more.

Strong client collaboration and technical leadership are essential. The role demands expert Dayforce knowledge, hands-on API and integration experience, and the ability to guide stakeholders through discovery,

Qualifications

• 10 years of Dayforce HCM implementation experience in lead/architect role.
• Expertise across Dayforce modules: Payroll, Time, Workforce Management, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, Onboarding.
• Strong Dayforce data model knowledge and security.
• Hands-on with Dayforce APIs, XML, and integration frameworks.
• Experience leading discovery, blueprinting and solution design sessions.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale HCM transformations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and provide architectural leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, configuration, integration strategy, and delivery of Dayforce HCM solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure Dayforce architectures.
• Design solutions across multiple Dayforce modules.
• Lead discovery, blueprinting, and requirement analysis sessions with clients.
• Define integration strategies between Dayforce and enterprise systems.
• Ensure architectural integrity and Dayforce best practices.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to resolve challenges.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations.
• Support transformation initiatives aligning tech with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize performance and adoption.
