Job summary

The Staff Pad, in Dallas, TX, partners with a leading cloud consulting firm to hire an experienced Workforce Management Implementation Consultant. You will manage full implementation lifecycles, design configurations, conduct sessions, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery that maximizes ROI.

You’ll apply Dayforce knowledge, SQL/XML skills, and collaborate with clients and partners to achieve successful rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of software implementation experience.
• SaaS/cloud computing and HRIS experience.
• Workforce Management experience preferred (scheduling, timekeeping, org structure).
• Experience with Dayforce preferred; other HRIS/ERP systems considered.
• Experience implementing HRIS modules or end-to-end solutions.
• Knowledge of HCM practices and business process mapping.
• Change management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and XML.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute implementation plans to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage full implementation process: consultation, requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment.
• Document and validate client requirements and align with Dayforce functionality.
• Configure Dayforce to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting outcomes.
• Participate in internal project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Apply functional and technical expertise across requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Advise clients on best practices to maximize ROI and value.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and third parties for successful rollout.
• Maintain data integrity and ongoing maintenance of employee data.
• Audit data and system modules as needed.
• Develop SQL scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces.
