Job summary

Cypress HCM in the United States is seeking a Dayforce Architect Contractor to lead the global payroll migration and serve as the primary technical authority on the Dayforce platform. You will architect, configure, test, and deploy Dayforce, coordinating with Payroll Operations, Benefits, and external partners to ensure platform stability and compliance across international employees.

Responsibilities include end-to-end data flows, integration strategy, security design, and system configuration

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing Ceridian Dayforce in enterprise environments.
• International payroll knowledge, especially EMEA/SEA regions.
• Deep Dayforce Payroll configuration experience (pay groups, taxes, earnings).
• Dayforce Time & Attendance configuration knowledge and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Act as Payroll TSDO for global Dayforce deployment.
• Own Dayforce data flows: inbound/outbound integrations and data mapping.
• Design Dayforce architecture and security, RBAC and data access controls.
• Lead end-to-end Dayforce configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Provide KTLO support and issue resolution for Dayforce environment.
