Penmac Education Staffing is seeking caring and dependable Substitute Daycare Workers to support the Plato School District. This role offers a flexible schedule and a $15.00 per hour wage, paid weekly, with opportunities to impact children's growth and learning in Missouri.

You will follow prepared lesson plans, supervise activities, and help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for students throughout the day, while completing required background checks and training.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint background check is required before starting.
• Completion of training provided by Penmac Education Staffing.
• Ability to work effectively with children and staff.
• Dependable, patient, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans and activities provided by regular staff to ensure a consistent learning experience.
• Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities.
• Create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Manage groups effectively to encourage participation and positive behavior.
• Maintain a high level of care and attention to children's needs throughout the day.
