Qualifications

• 2 years experience working with young children.
• CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach children.
• Observe each child to help them improve social competencies.
• Encourage children to interact and resolve occasional arguments.
• Guide children to develop artistic and practical capabilities through curriculum.
• Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to stay safe.
• Track children’s progress and report to parents.
• Communicate with parents regularly about children’s background and psyche.
• Collaborate with other educators and maintain a clean classroom.
