Qualifications

• Experience as daycare teacher or childcare provider
• Ability to design and implement individual lesson plans
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing demeanor
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; time management
• First aid/CPR certification
• Head Teacher Certification or CDA

Responsibilities

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
• Design a daily and weekly schedule
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
