Little Beginnings in Arlington, VA seeks a dedicated early childhood educator to ensure the safety and well-being of all children while implementing engaging lesson plans and supervising classroom assistants. You will observe and evaluate children and maintain open communication with parents to address concerns and provide support.

Qualifications

• CDA required or higher degree (required)
• Experienced working with children (required)
• Early Childhood Education: 3-5 Years

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your classroom.
• Implementing lesson plans and curriculum.
• Overseeing any assistants in the classroom.
• Observing and evaluating children.
• Interacting with parents, addressing concerns, and providing support.
• Keeping your classroom clean, clutter-free, and materials sanitized.
