Littlebeginnings in Arlington, TX is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to join a caring team. You will plan engaging activities and guide children through creative learning experiences tailored to their ages.

The ideal candidate is patient, creative, and a team player who values a positive classroom culture while ensuring safety and growth for every child. Flexible hours and strong work‑life balance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education

Responsibilities

• Develop a careful and creative program suitable for specific age groups of children
• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children
• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
• Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
• Guide children to develop artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum
• Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe
• Track children’s progress and report to parents
• Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche
• Collaborate with other educators
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
