Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to support daily care for children at our California daycare centers. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom, and help deliver activities that foster growth.

You will observe and plan for children's development, communicate with families, and participate in training to expand your childcare knowledge. The role features Monday–Friday work and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Assistant Teacher- $17.41-$18.08
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
