Learning Care Group, Inc. seeks Assistant Teachers to support daily care and engaging activities in our child care centers. You will help maintain a safe, organized classroom and partner with families to promote child development.

Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education, with the ability to participate in training and meet state requirements. Monday-Friday schedules and benefits accompany full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must meet state/accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Able to engage in physical activity indoors or outdoors with children.
• Willingness to complete training and development opportunities.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.Maintain a fun,interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Love to learn! Complete extensive training onchildcare, preschooland childdevelopment topics.

Wewant energetic, dependable individuals, with a passion for working with children, who have:

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.43-19.14 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
