Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to support daily childcare operations and foster a nurturing learning environment.

You will engage with children, maintain a clean, organized classroom, and follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure high-quality care. We offer training on childcare topics, opportunities for growth, and a benefits package including health insurance and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Engage with children indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activity with them.
• Assist with daily caregiving tasks and implement developmentally appropriate activities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options

Assistant Teacher- $18

Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
