Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to support a nurturing child care setting. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, interactive classroom, and engage with children daily.

You will observe, assess, and plan for children while communicating effectively with families; extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families.
• Must be able to meet state/accreditation education/experience requirements.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to learn! Complete extensive training onchildcare, preschooland childdevelopment topics.

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $15.45-$16.05 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
