Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Age: 18+ (21+ preferred).
• Safety: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physical: Must be able to keep up with an active group, including lifting, walking, and being on your feet.
• Vibe: Positive attitude and receptiveness to constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Engage & Teach: use creativity to teach social skills, budgeting, personal care, and safety through engaging activities.
• Community Integration: provide transportation and support for community outings and local exploration.
• Holistic Support: monitor health and welfare, assist with personal care and provide emotional support or de-escalation when necessary.
• Documentation: maintain quick and accurate progress hours records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Be the "Fun" Factor: assist in planning creative activities so participants are always learning and engaged.
