Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically within a Day Training environment.
• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma/GED, OR be at least 21 years old.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and families.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, active car insurance, and the physical ability to participate in daily operations (including meal prep).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Day Training staff schedules and on-floor coverage to maintain smooth operations.
• Plan schedules and supervise weekly/monthly outings, coordinating transportation.
• Review monthly paperwork, attend Plan of Care meetings, and communicate with guardians and case managers.
