Southwest Center is seeking an Adult Day Training Program Manager for its Louisville location. Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience required.

• Ability to work effectively with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ADT program.
• Supervise, coach, and support ADT staff.
• Ensure participant health, safety, and well-being.
• Monitor documentation and compliance with Medicaid waiver requirements.
