Southwest Center of Kentucky is looking for a dedicated Adult Day Training (ADT) Manager to lead our program in Louisville, KY. The ADT Manager will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and supervisory roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and participants.
• Familiarity with Medicaid waiver services and human services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Training program.
• Supervise and support ADT staff.
• Ensure participant health, safety, and well-being.
• Coordinate community outings and skill-building activities.
• Monitor compliance with Medicaid waiver requirements.
• Collaborate with participants, families, and case managers.
• Assist with staffing, training, and performance management.
• Support person-centered planning.
