Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care in a collaborative environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective nursing interventions and to educate patients and families about their care plans.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, NH RN licensure, BLS, and a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience. ACLS/PALS/PEARS training is expected within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical nursing experience.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• RN licensure in New Hampshire; BLS certification.
• ACLS and PEARS/PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient group.
• Gathers data, develops and revises the care plan.
• Documents progress and directs delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients and families about the plan of care.
• Leads the health care team and serves as a preceptor when needed.
• Administers medications and provides direct patient care.
