Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and implementation of ISP goals for a group of individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Assistance and training individuals on Activities of Daily Living/Independent Living Skills.
• Provides hands-on assistance to individuals in order to complete daily activities.
• Provides a positive and upbeat environment for individuals to flourish in their daily activities.
• Maintains daily documentation in compliance with all licensing agencies.
• Provides Transportation and supervision on community outings.
• Must assist individuals with self-care (i.e. toileting, hygiene, feeding) as needed.
