Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; education in a human services related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities required.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer experience and proficiency required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to lead a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage/prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally and clearly.

Description

The Day Support Program Manager, in collaboration with the Senior Director of Program Operations/DD Waiver Services, provides operational oversight of assigned day support locations. This includes the development and implementation of all program curricula and activities within program building and in the community to meet the needs, choices, and interests of the individuals supported in the program. The Day Program Manager will work with appropriate parties to ensure required documentation and forms are completed for files and billing, ensuring effective fiscal management as well as the supervision of direct support professionals working in the program.

Starting salary range: $18.00 to $20.26. Actual starting pay will be based on relevant experience, education and qualifications.
