Job summary

Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our west Phoenix facility to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. This role is based in Phoenix, AZ and requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

You will help keep the warehouse organized, assist drivers, and operate forklifts to ensure safe, on-time completion of tasks. A 21+ age requirement and 1–2 years forklift experience are essential, along with a high school diploma

• Must be 21+ and have 1–2 years forklift experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders for tools and organize tools in their proper location.
• Keep the warehouse organized and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Operate forklifts to assist drivers and receive incoming orders.
• Perform general housekeeping in the warehouse and keep area clean.
