Job summary

Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our west Phoenix facility. You’ll support warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving, ensuring safety and quality standards for projects across the Southwest.

You will work 5:30am–3:30pm, lift up to 50 pounds, operate forklifts, and help keep the warehouse organized. The role offers full benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with little supervision and stay organized.
• Strong math skills are helpful for inventory control and measurement.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced construction warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders for tools and organize items in their proper locations.
• Maintain warehouse organization and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Operate forklifts to support drivers and move incoming orders.
• Perform general housekeeping to keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Assist with daily inventory checks and cycle counts.
