Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead for the 3rd shift to oversee a warehouse team and keep operations running smoothly. You will monitor inventory, assign tasks, and support training to maximize efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.

The role requires warehouse leadership experience, SAP familiarity, and hands-on use of WMS and scanners, with a focus on safety and customer service quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance actions as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain accurate work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service; ensure safety and policy compliance.
