Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Associate (Days) in Brooks, KY to support its third-party logistics service through ICS. The role emphasizes training, safe use of equipment, and assisting with order fulfillment, receiving, stocking and returns.

You will operate reach trucks and forklifts, manage inventory, and coordinate with shipping providers. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Two+ years of work experience required.
• Able to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities; detail oriented.
• Willingness to work overtime and perform physical inventory.

Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates in duties and safety SOPs; monitor and correct performance.
• May use a radio frequency (RF) device for daily tasks.
• Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns; oversee shipping and general operations.
• Support daily workloads, provide direction, and coordinate workflow for efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels; utilize computer systems for operation and reporting.
