• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement for schedule adherence.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for processing.
• Review routine exceptions in deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability.
• Confirm handling and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.
